Workhouse MKE

Workhouse MKE has three floors, which will allows for many differnt views. This site analysis shows the potential views from the higher floors. From the North of the building, you will get a view of Juneau Town in Milwaukee. From the East, you will get a view of the Summer Fest Gounds. From the South, you get a veiw of Trestle Park. From the West, you get a view of Milwaukee River and the Riverwalk.

This space is designed to provide a functional space for all forms of work. The goal of the design is the be bright and open to create a welcoming feel and gives you a sense of comfort while working. Using furniture to divid spaces to be able to work individually, as a small or large group or just hang in a comfortable lounge setting.
